Sparks Insurance Agency was established in March 1983. We are a locally owned business specializing in preferred auto, homeowners, and small business insurance.

We have an award winning staff, who have over 100 years of combined experience in the insurance profession. We are an independent agency and have access to several companies, which provide low rates and fast dependable service.

The Sparks Insurance Team is one of only 3 agencies in Tennessee recognized as "Elite" status with Travelers Insurance Co. in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Attendance at the Travelers Leadership Conference helps our agency stay on top of the latest technology and best customer service tools in the industry. This achievement is based on customer satisfaction, profitability, professional service and caring agents.

Sparks Insurance Agency is committed to helping our community by offering competitive products, honest and fair service, and showing customers we care about them as individual people.

We will specialize in the less complicated cases of insurance, which can more easily be handled by customer service representatives and staff, with confidence. More specifically we will specialize in preferred auto insurance for the person who allows us to help them with their home insurance also. This client will be stable in their occupation and residence and should not be an insurance “shopper” who changes insurance each year.

They should be a “long term” caliber client, which we hope to serve over a period of 5 to 50 years. This client can expect our highest degree of professionalism. To this client we promise: Honesty, Fairness, Promptness, and our time. We promise this client a full range of personal insurance including Auto, Home, Boat, Motor Homes, Umbrella, Jewelry Schedules, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance. We do not attempt to offer all these products to the person who does not meet the above criteria. This enables us to provide quality service to quality people.

We will insure our clients using quality companies, which we know to be prompt and fair in their service and claims to customers. These company partners should also be committed to automation for the independent agency.

We will also attempt to insure less complicated commercial accounts, which can be understood and handled by assistance from company underwrites and serviced boy agency customer service representatives and company customer service units. We again want long-term stable clients in this area, which we may offer professional service.

We will develop and reward dedicated effective employees who have pride in this agency. We value individual talent, co-operative spirit, and team performance.
